I have a small blister or something on the tip of my tongue..?!

Warm salt water-rinse out at least every chance you get-the more the better. It could be a clogged salivary gland or herpes. Did you drink or eat anything hot.? Could be a blister.
Check for symptoms on web md and see what info you can get.
Better to see your doctor or dentist in the morning-guess you'll have to wait till Friday-if the rinses don't work since Thanksgiving is tomorrow.
I would stay away from anything tart or spicy too.

yeah that`s what I exactly had actually.. I went to the doctor, and she said that I had some kind of herpes but not that bad of the case.. I've gotten a smallll case of herpes because, I was sharing drinks with my friends, which was kinda a bad idea lol, but otherwise if you havn't been doing any of that, you probally have what you're mom said, or if you ate something spicy you're taste buds might of just popped up or something, it's nothing that bad.. & I know how you feel, the pain will go away in 2 or 3 days, take advil, [:
