On the box it says, use twice a day for 30 minutes.

Nothing majorly bad, but your teeth will start to hurt around the third strip you use, and they'll continue to hurt and be sensitive for a day or two. If you use Sensodyne toothpaste between each strip you should be fine.Health Question & Answer
It's not going to happen fast, it can take up to 40 days and using it extra is not going to help. If you expose your teeth to the chemicals more than instructed you can develop enamel issues, and extreme sensitivity to hot and cold items. Talk to your dentist about getting them bleached if the must be white fast, it will be expensive, but worth it.Health Question & Answer
