Question: I have face swelling due to tooth infection.?

i already consult, the doctor give me antibiotics. may i know which i used, cold or heat to reduced swelling of face related to tooth infection... thanks for help.Health Question & Answer

indeed you should use heat locally on the swollen place, not only does it remove ecf (extra cellular fluid) but also brings the white blood cells so crucial to fight the infection.
this should be done after taking the pus out (by means of a small incision and giving the correct antibiotics.
