my friend's breath smells really bad and like he asks me to do breath checks. when he opens his mouth it smells really good but when he blows it smells and so its coming from his gutt... how can he stop this.? hes always telling me and i dont know how to help him... how can you stop bad smell from your gutt.?Health Question & Answer

Food has a lot to do with bad breath. also, frequent brushing teeth together with brushing tongue will help alleviate this problem. Generally, it's a build-up of tartar and mouth bacteria. Of course, your friend can also carry with him lots of mints, so that his breath will be "minty", and this is after he has already brushed both his teeth with a good tartar control toothpaste with a good mouthwash along with brushing his tongue and flossing afterwards.
