Question: I think some glue came off on my bottom permanent retainer, should I be worried.?
I found a hard piece of something and I think it was some glue that is holding my retainer.... will my teeth get all crooked.? can I just wait until my next orthodontist app. .? it's in 2.5 weeksHealth Question & Answer

I would definatly contact the orthodontist and ask if this is a problem. This shouldn't affect your teeth being crooked if it is only for 2.5 weeks. However, your ortho may want to fix it now. If this is the case you should go back earlier. I wouldn't think the teeth would go crooked, but there is no pressure on the teeth so your teeth probably wouldn't move much. I am sure this has happened to lots of people before, so don't be worried. Goodluck,
