Applesauce
Baby food
Soup (creamy)
yogurt
Carnation Breakfast Shake (to get protein)
ice cream
pudding

scrambled eggs
mashed potatoes
oatmeal

I can tell you what not to eat! avoid rice, because the grains of rice get stuck in the holes where your teeth came out. That was something I did!

You could get some whey protein powder from the shops and blend it with some fruit juice for a nutritional liquid meal. Make sure you are having a balance of fat/protein/carbohydrate though if you are going to go down the liquid meal path.

my advice would be also to rinse with salty water after you eat anything, to try and get any food particles out of the holes your teeth came from, and to keep them free of bacteria. You definitely don't want to get an infection at such a vulnerable time.Health Question & Answer
