Question: Do those retail teeth whiteners really work.?
Iv been wanting whiter teeth for ages, and the tooth paste's dont seem to make a difference. But I saw a teeth whitener 5 day kit. $35 in the super market. It has plates (like gum gaurds) that you use 5 days and garentees 7 shade whiter.

Some of them do work, but it is not really safe for your teeth. If you opt to use them, follow the instructions to the "t", do not use them in excess, because it will eat the enamel from your teeth.Health Question & Answer
For me it did. I used Crest White Strips for 30days. I used it TWICE a day for 1 hour (your not supposed to do that) but I wanted to speed up the process. I saw a difference within 3 days. The thing is, my teeth are back to the way they used to be since i've stopped using them. If your teeth are sensitive dont do what I did, follow the directions.
