Question: Is there any tricks to making braces SPEED UP!.?!.?
I really would like to get my brace off. And i have had them on for 6 years. The dentists still say that it might be a while. I just want them off.Health Question & Answer

in beauty, it is safe to say NO PAIN NO GAIN. I don't think there's a way of speeding them up aside from following what the dentist tells you. BUT there IS a way of slowing things down sadly, in my experience. I ate all the nasty stuff and wouldn't crush my teeth well or floss regularly (I know, GROSS, now i have learned my lesson) and my braces were only suppose to last for 1 year, but now I have it for 2 years. Luckily i gave up the ol' bad habits of mine and mine's ging to be removed in january ^__^
