Question: What did you do to curb your orthodontics pain.?
right now, im in the spacer stage before they put the braces on...help.?.?.? i cant eat, i cant sleep im in so much pain!!!Health Question & Answer

I have heard that spacers are incredibly painful. I would take extra strength pain reliever and use a numbing agent (orajel). An ice pack may also help dull the pain. See if your dentist can prescribe a stronger pain medication if the regular ones do not work. Have you tried to eat soup.? Maybe you should try eating soup through a straw. Try to sleep on your back so that you are not putting pressure on your face.Health Question & Answer
