Question: Oh god wisdom teeth out!.?

Just got them all 4 removed yesterday night. I am kinda suffering not so much the pain but the "pain in the ***" it is. I havent been sleeping well for a week or 2 but now after this i really feel i need to get sleep! Bad luck for me, yesterday after coming back from the surgery i couldnt sleep. I slept about 40 mins... and im feeling bad, like weak. Any recommendation to be able to sleep.?
