Should I wait until my wisdom teeth are out or not to get them taken out?!

Question: Should I wait until my wisdom teeth are out or not to get them taken out.?
i have 2 wisdom teeth that are almost totally out. i have 2 that aren't out yet. do you recommend the surgery to remove them them all now, or wait until they grow out, then get them out.?Health Question & Answer

Waiting would be easier and cheaper. When they are totally out,in most cases it is a simple extraction.Meaning pulling them out would be very easy. But when they are not out, that means it's going to be a surgical extraction. You may need to be sleep.the surgeon will cut your gums, drill your bone to get to the tooth. The tooth may break into peaces.Has to be taken out peace by peace. After it's done, the recovery is pain in the rear end,Your face may swell up,it may turn blue.It is going to hurt a lot.Anytime when there is bone involved,it hurts. You may not be able to open your mouth for couple of days.In my 11 year experience i've seen it all.So wait until they are out.Health Question & Answer

I endured the occassional pain and waited until they fell out. If you get an infection or they become unbearably painful, then get them removed. Mine fell out because there wasn't room beside my regular teeth which cause them to be pushed sideways from my other teeth. That made them stay loose most of the time. Finally when I could wiggle them back and forth almost 45 degrees in either direction, I just grabbed it with my two fingers one day and pulled hard. It came out. Pain stopped within 1 hour after coming out.Health Question & Answer

They don't get removed simply because you have them.
If they are growing in straight, there's no reason to remove them.
If they are not growing in straight, they should be removed when the dentist suggests it.Health Question & Answer

I would get them out sooner rather than later to avoid any additional pain you might have. I got mine out when a couple of them weren't even through the gums yet just to get it over with. You'll feel better.Health Question & Answer
