My elastics don't feel as tight anymore?!
Question: My elastics don't feel as tight anymore.?
I wear my elastics 24/7 and change them three or four times throughout the day. When I first started, I could only open my mouth with about 1/2 of space between my top and bottom teeth. Now, I can open my mouth almost completely. And, I do not feel as much pressure on my teeth anymore. Is that suppose to happen.?Health Question & Answer

They are supposed to fell like that.
That just means that you are getting used to them.
But if they are getting loose to quickly you put two of them on at a time.
And it might help.
But it wouldn't effect your teeth.

Yes, your mouth is getting used to having them in.
