Okay, I have to get braces in a few months, but not because my teeth are all crooked and stuff, but because i have tooth that is stuck and will not grow in, so the braces need to help me get it into place. I'm a little wierd, because I am excited. Here are a few questions:
-Do they hurt.?/How much do they hurt.?
-What are good colors to get.?
-Does it look wierd when they're just on top.?
-And ANYTHING else you can tell me about BRACES :)

- They dont hurt that much on the first day but they kinda start aching on the second day. I got mine yesterday =D It feels very tight and uncomfortable.
-I got silver on the top to make it less visible, and red on the bottom XD
You can get whatever colours u like, but i heard white/clear stains and yellow doesnt look nice.
-My best friend had them on just on the top and they looked cool XD
- If i did, you might be tired reading it lol.
but, they give u dental wax to put on the brackets/wires when they are causing irritation.

the only time they hurt is when they get tightened and it is only about 2 days.
the only color you shouldnt get is black that is like the worst color .
no i dont think they look weird on just the top if had friend like and some just had the bottom .

I have had braces for the past two years. they don't necessarily hurt when you first get them it just feels kind of weird when your lips lay against them for the first time. but when you get them tightened for the first time it does feel quite unpleasant. it wont look weird when they are only on top because people don't see your bottom teeth very often. just make sure not to eat foods like popcorn because its a pain to get out and avoid soda. the acid will wear done your cement. but other then that you can only benefit from them so good luck!Health Question & Answer

-the wait time to get them off really does fly by, and BRUSH YOUR TEETH OFTEN!!

-i get black or dark colors, green and teal are cute, but not together. get just 1 color
-umm.. it kinda looks okay if you just have it on top.. but you cant really see the bottom ones if you have an overbite so it doesnt really matter

Ok well, they will feel weird/uncomfortable at first. This is normal.
Secondly after a few days/weeks u will get used them, and most of the time you won't notice them.
