So uhm, retainers...?!
Question: So uhm, retainers....?
Right well, I got my braces off in September. Naturally, my retainer is supposed to be worn every night (although I also got the wires on the back of my teeth). Well the thing is, I never remember to wear my retainer and if I do its only at night. When I do, it does hurt a little but not a lot and my retainer does fit in my mouth. So would you say my teeth are moving.? And even if they did/are, would wearing it regularly fix the problem.?

but start wearing them every night, then they should start to feel normal again

Wearing your retainer will keep your teeth straight like they were when you got your braces off. If you wear it like your suppose to it should keep your teeth pretty straight.Health Question & Answer
