You can buy orthodontic wax in the drug store. Usually it's near the floss. That would probably be a better plan than chewing gum. I understand what you're going through...I have braces, too. Seems like they're poking me all the time. Good luck to you =)Health Question & Answer
bad idea, esp. with braces. go to a drug store in the dental section, they have some material especially for problems like that. it would be temporary but it will provide relief until you see your docHealth Question & Answer
