I just got my braces off today and I'm wearing my retainers . My two front upper teeth are hurting .Is that normal .? Will my straight teeth turn crooked again , due to no braces.?

I had braces for about a year.
Your two front teeth hurting is normal, take some pain medication if it hurts that bad.
No your teeth will not go back to being crooked. But, the orthodontist may ask you to put them on again, but that hasn't happened to me. It's happened to my friend though. Just to let you know.

I really don't know the name of this product I used when I had to wear my retainer. It was something that started with an e and the box was blue and green. It had these green tablets that you dropped in the water...anyway, it tasted like...minty when you put your retainer on.

i have the clear invisalign-like ones and i'm only supposed to use water and clean them with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda
