White strips and whitening depend on your teeth. White strips work great on me, but don't work on some of my friends. You will just have to try diff ones. I have the best luck with the Crest White Strips (the thicker ones).Health Question & Answer
Not sure about the age thing, ask your dentist. Crest white strips are OK, but none of them are all that great. It's better than nothing. It's best to get it professionally done with lasers, but that's pretty expensive.Health Question & Answer

ive used crest whitestrips and ive found that if you use them alot that it seems to make my teeth tender but after say a day its all good and they seem to work nicelyHealth Question & Answer
