i am 16 - never had a cavitie before
a few months ago one of my teeth hurt- - only a tiny bit
look at it - tiny black dot!!!!! - is it a cavitie.?.?.?.?.?

it might be the start of a cavity but if you visit your dentist regulaly then it won't be a big problem because he/she would have noticed it at your last visit.
