I wanted to know the same. Someone told to me put a teaspoon of baking soda in my mouth and some water and brush them. But do not do that too often because the baking soda can eat out your teeth. Sometimes, your teeth can be sensitive to baking soda, and it can really hurt.Health Question & Answer
In my opinion, baking soda merely whitens teeth a little. It does not perform a good a job as say bleaching. If you want to try to whiten it using baking soda, find a tooth paste that has baking soda in it. e.g. Arms and Hammer.
