I think its a great idea. I use it twice a day. I have braces and helps so much to keep my teeth clean and white. Plus, you don't have to worry about having bad breath while talking to someone! It's a great idea but make sure you use mouthWASH not a mouthRINSE...Mouthrinses are things like Scope where it's just minty and freshens your breath. Mouthwash like Listerine and Cepacol (I think that's how you spell it) actually kill the bacteria and freshen the breath.Health Question & Answer
