JUST TOOK OUT 4 WISOME TEETH.. in one siting pain please help!!!!!!!!!!?!

The pain is completely normal, sweetie. Unfortunately I can't answer how long it will be like this for you, as every person is different. My boyfriend's face didn't swell at all, and he was back to eating solid food the very next day. My face swelled horribly, the pain meds made me sick, I could not eat solid food for a couple of days, and my face got big yellow bruises on it. My mom got a dry socket and had to go back to the dentist. Just make sure you clean it regularly...keep taking your pain meds, and sleep if you need to. Try not to eat anything too solid, because that will make it worse. Like I said, how quickly it takes you to heal depends on your body. Sorry I can't be more specific. it should be plenty i had all for of mine out at once and i was in pain for maybe 2 days and it was awful at first but it got better. I had to have liquid vicodine cuz i could swallow the pills. but give it a day or two and it will be better. p.s. mine were coming in sideways. but it should heal fast.Health Question & Answer

I had all 4 at once as well, its better to call him if you are really hurting and the pain medicine isn't working, he maybe able to give you something different that would calm you down some, it takes pretty much a week and a couple of days before you start to feel a little better,

you are going to be sore and food may sting it. They should have given you a mouth wash. Wash as much as you need too. I know I had alot left over after all 4 of mine were taken out for the same reason. You'll probably have pain and swell up like a chipmunk for 3-4 weeks.also they should have given you a syringe. Don't bust any stitches even though you will have the urge to probe them. They should naturally break as your mouth heals. If the pain becomes severe or it travels down to the bottom of your jaw, that could mean they hit a nerve, unlikely. In four days you'll be okay for work as long as its not physically strenuous. I had a dance rehearsal 3 days after my surgery and that just caused more swelling. but DONT take a vicodin or any other muscle relaxer. It just makes you go to sleep and the pain will come back just as intense when you wake up. You will be completely unproductive as vicoden puts you out like a light.Health Question & Answer
