Hi my retainer broke in the back like not in half but lets say its not double sided anymore should i still wear to sleep or no.? is it safe or no.?Health Question & Answer

No dont wear it. You run the risk of swallowing a piece of it. Anyways it doesnt serve its purpose if its broken. Go to your orthodontist and get it repaired or get a new one made.Health Question & Answer
