Crest has a special "whitening" tooth paste that you use one once or twice a week. Then use a toothpaste with the same properties and I rinse with Act twice a day so i don't get those white spots on my teeth . If you cant get hold off those things use baking soda on your tooth brush twice a day it helps a lot.Health Question & Answer
I don't think you want to try and whiten your teeth right now, because there'll be yellow spots where the braces were glued on and it'll look gross. But if you have to, baking soda/peroxide will do it while not damaging the braces..Health Question & Answer
dont rinse with hydrogen poroxid.... that is toxic.... i have braces also.... do not use whitening strip...
1. the strips are not able to reach the tooth... only the brace... and if you have elastics then they can uncolor them.
2. you will have squares after you take your braces off... that is if you try to get them on !

You might not want to beacause if your teeth get whiter than they were you will have yellow spots when they take your braces off! But try to brush with baking soda and rinse with peroxide! it doesn't taste very good but its really good for your teeth and it will make them whiter!Health Question & Answer
