Come on, an arm isn't going to clean anything. Hammers are useless, they'll just knock your teeth out.

I do just as the Romans did. Use my own piss for the bleaching effect. If I'm feeling frisky, I get an industrial-strength sander to reveal the layer just below the enamel. It feels very good, too, to expose that layer underneath your enamel.Health Question & Answer
