Tooth Whitening at the dentist?!

Question: Tooth Whitening at the dentist.?

I have an appointment to get my teeth whitened at my dentists surgery in a couple of weeks. They have sent me a leaflet on the procedure, and it mentions having to wear the mouth trays every night, overnight, for 14 days. Can anyone who has done this themselves, tell me if they are comfortable! I am a bit worried that I wont get any sleep for two weeks! lolHealth Question & Answer

Well I am a Dentist myself. The mouth tray does not hurt at all. It does feel uncomfortable for a for the first two days, but then you won't even know you have one in your mouth!
