Question: White strips be recommended for me.?
I often brush my teeth after every meal (usually) and I brush it for about 2 minutes, 4 minutes is just too long for me so I get too lazy to do that.
My teeth aren't THAT yellow but you can clearly see that it has some yellow, would white strips be recommended for me.?
Would white strips damage my teeth if I only use it for its 2 week period.? Would they evenly whiten my teeth or would some areas still be yellow.?Health Question & Answer

Used properly you will likely see a change from yellow to white and it is pretty uniform.
they often give you sensitivity and may cause undue wear on the enamel, so don't do it unless you feel it is important.
