Answers:
The very cheapest and easiest way to whiten your teeth over time is to rinse your mouth twice daily with 2% - 3% Hydrogen Peroxide! It is the most popular and you can buy Hydrogen Peroxide at your local drug store. It is usually going to be in a concentration of 2%-3%.

Method 1 : Swish your teeth with hydrogen peroxide for about 1 minute twice a day. Then spit it out and wait perhaps another minute before rinsing your mouth with water. If you absolutely can't handle it straight at first, try mixing it half-and-half with water, and gradually build up to the hydrogen peroxide only. It's safe but don't swallow.

Method 2 : Dipping a cotton swap in the solution of hydrogen peroxide and gently rubbing it into your teeth front and back.

Effective : Typically, most people will see white teeth results within a couple of weeks but it can happen much sooner.

Attention : Do not do it too much then you can wear away your enamel.

It can work, but not hydrogen peroxide alone, you must mixed with other and try these steps :
Make your own whitening toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide. An old and trusted way of whitening the teeth with hydrogen peroxide is to make your own toothpaste by blending hydrogen peroxide with baking soda until you have formed a paste. Brush your teeth with the peroxide, baking soda paste and thoroughly rinse out your mouth
Rinse your mouth with straight hydrogen peroxide before each brushing. Another way to whiten your teeth with hydrogen peroxide is to use it as a pre-brush rinse.
Use whitening strips or gel that contain hydrogen peroxide. You can purchase over the counter teeth whitening kits that use hydrogen peroxide as the main ingredient for whitening your teeth.
Be Careful,
Never swallow hydrogen peroxideHealth Question & Answer

It will not whiten teeth.

First, before you try any method of whitening, check with your dentist to make sure that you do not have any tooth-colored fillings or porcelain that appears in your smile. The shade of these fillings are matched to your natural tooth color and will not be whitened, potentially leaving darker spots in your teeth after whitening.

Crest White Strips are okay for most people, and custom-made trays from your dentist will work great. You could also have the custom trays made, but save a little money by ordering the whitening gel online. I do not recommend using anything more potent than a 10% carbamide peroxide product.Health Question & Answer

Peroxide does not whiten, it's more of an anti-bacterial, kind of like a mouth wash. It's not a bleach-based substance so I don't believe your shade will change.Health Question & Answer

I have swished with peroxide before- it doesn't sting like alcohol-tastes kinda funny, and really is just a way to clean your mouth, not whiten teeth.Health Question & Answer
