i lost my retainer and i am in college so i cant get a new one right away, i dont want my teeth to move what should i do.? i had my retainer for a few years now and my orthadontis said i dont need to go anymore and i only need to wear it when my teeth seem like their moving. one of tooth already moved two years ago and its been bothering me ever since i dont want it to move anymore is there anyway i can fix this without getting braces again.?Health Question & Answer

I am afraid the only thing you can do is ask your orthodontist for another retainer. Maybe he will give you another at a reduced price, or even for free. You could call the receptionist and ask. I'm sure orthodontists face this all the time. You don't want to wear a retainer that does not fit your "new" teeth properly.Health Question & Answer
