What would you do in this situation in regards to root canals?!

Question: What would you do in this situation in regards to root canals.?
Imagine you have had a root canal. Even after 2 years, you still feel sensation. you have felt this sensation ever since you got the procedure done. You have paid 1200 for that tooth, including the post and crown. You paid good money, yet you still feel sensation. You have follow-up xrays at the dentist, and they determine everything is good on the x-ray. They keep insisiting that everything is good. What would you do.? Would you leave it alone, and just live with those bearable sensations.? Would you ask the original dentist to redo it for free.? What would you do if you were in this situation.?Health Question & Answer

I could (possibly) be solved by reducing the bite on the crown. Maybe it's hitting too high. An x-ray will show if there is any residual or new infection, and if it didn't show, then you don't need a new root canal. Did they check your bite (they put a piece of what looks like carbon paper between your teeth and ask you to bite up and down on it).? If not, then I would call and ask them to check it. - P.S., if you paid 1200 for a root canal, post and crown, you really got a great deal.Health Question & Answer
