I wouldn't, even though i don't have braces. you will probably break your brace with it. Just read the instructions and ask your orthodontist. Why not buy the dental brushes.? the small ones like xmas trees as my ortho called it.

if you want your teeth whitened then just use a normal brush and whitening toothpaste!!Health Question & Answer
