Question: How should I brush my front top teeth.?
One of my front top teeth have a little bit of gum recession going on but it's from me brushing too harshly. I want to keep the area where my tooth meets my gum plaque free but i'm scared to brush around that area because i might push my gums back more. Get a soft bristle toothbrush, angle the bristles at a 45 degree angle towards your gums, and brush in slow, soft circles. It does not take a lot of pressure to keep your teeth plaque free. Don't be afraid to touch the gums with the toothbrush, its actually good for them.
