How should I brush my front top teeth?!

Question: How should I brush my front top teeth.?
One of my front top teeth have a little bit of gum recession going on but it's from me brushing too harshly. I want to keep the area where my tooth meets my gum plaque free but i'm scared to brush around that area because i might push my gums back more. So what would be the best way for me to keep that area clean.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Get a soft bristle toothbrush, angle the bristles at a 45 degree angle towards your gums, and brush in slow, soft circles. It does not take a lot of pressure to keep your teeth plaque free. Don't be afraid to touch the gums with the toothbrush, its actually good for them. But yes, brushing too hard and using a harder bristled toothbrush can have the effect of causing your gums to recede.Health Question & Answer
