Here is the meal plan I came up with for today. Let me know if it's enough.
Breakfast: Pear with 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
Glass of Skim Milk
Lunch: Yogurt
Dinnner: Rice and Kidney Beans
Maybe a side of toast, I'm not sure yet
Before Bed: Fruit

Lunch: Yogurt with granola and stawberries and a salad with some lean chicken
Dinner: Whole grain rice and Kidney beans, a side of toast

If you are active and a young teen then you will need a lot of calories to function each day. You need more protein, calcium and carbs.
