Question: A basic pilates move for fat flabby thighs.?
I want to incorporate some pilates into my cardio, or whatever - but I need something simple, I don't want to do a bunch of stuff just target the bulging thighs, I'm thin everywhere else.Health Question & Answer

Lunges! Make them harder by grabbing a pair of dumbbells. Add weight as they get easier. Lunges hit the hams and glutes.
