Question: Does Body Cleasing really work.?
I started 2 days ago...I bought the one from a near by wholefoods store along with a colon cleasing pills and I have not gone to the restroom.i followed all the instructions yet nothing happened...I do suffer from constipation...and unless I take a laxtive nothing helps...grrrr....Health Question & Answer

It does work, it just depends on your body and what method is best for it, it may take a few days for it to kick in, but if it's a legit and worthwhile method you're using then it should work and work good.
I have done cleansing stuff before and most of them worked wonderfully.
