Answers:
you do a regular amount of excercise so should eat about 2000 calories a day. Men sould consume about 2500 a day. These figures assume that you do about 45min excercise a day.Health Question & Answer

http://epic-nom.com/daily-needs (entering moderate exercise only 3-5 days/wk) reports you should eat about 2400 a day to maintain your weight, so you're eating far too little.

You should increase your daily intake slowly up to 2000 or so if you want to lose weight, perhaps 50 cals extra per day for 10 days until you reach 2000. That should prevent your body reacting unfavourably to a sudden increase in calories.

http://epic-nom.com/meal-plan-setup can provide you with free meal plans to suit each of those days.

It's good that you're drinking lots of water too, but there's no reason to starve yourself since you exercise so hard ;-)Health Question & Answer

the less calories the better for you..
you're BMI is high 26.6. Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
meaning you should get taller.? kidding or loose some weight, you should be around 145lbs. loose at least 10 pounds
so the intake of calories should be lower than that or you should burn more, your choiceHealth Question & Answer

Counting calories will make you miserable. I suggest not doing it, and instead take up cooking healthy recipes :)Health Question & Answer
