Question: If I go way over my calorie limit after working out, will the extra calories go into building muscle.?
I'm 5'11", 18 years old, 64 kg, male. Let's say I eat 3200 calories during the day I work out instead of the 2500 calories I'm supposed to eat. will the extra calories go into building muscle or will it all go to fat.?Health Question & Answer

you will gain the weight it might be a little fat and muscle depending on how you workout the next day but it shouldn't be a problem if you have an intense workout.Health Question & Answer
