its actualy not really possible. I would try exercizing 2 hours a day and eating absolutely no carbs (no bread, pasta, chips, etc) You will lose a lot but most likely not 80 lbs. And btw you should be concerned about your health, it is waaay more important than your appearance?Health Question & Answer

You do indeed need to lose it.

This amount of weight puts you at being "morbidly obese", and all of your organ systems are at risk: circulation, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney, liver...... this list is endless However, you cannot and ought not even try to drop 80 in three months... That would be just under a pound a day, and to try to do so would risk kidney failure, and multiple organ damage. It didn't take you 3 months to pile on 80, you can't take off that much in three. Get real

And as well, get busy, push away (from the table) and see a doc or nutritionist for a sensible diet. And stay on it. I promise you will never be sorry to dropped the weight, and stayed more slender.

You didn't say how old you are.... I'm guessing a kid, at least in having this unrealistic attitude....... since no responsible adult would ask a question like this. And as well Lap Band surgery isn't recommended for kids.... it is recommended when everything else fails. The key, hon, is the key that has always been.... diet (less food) and exercise. Anyway, I hope that you have a lot of free time because you need to hit the gym for at least 2 hours. Do only cardio. And stay away from fast food and alcohol (if possible) until December. And Try to avoid cheese and bread if possible.

If you bust your butt working out and have the will power to restrict you could probably lose 60lbs in 3 months. But 80, yikes, I don't know.Health Question & Answer
