me to lose weight. I work in a food area and I can control it it's just when I get off at night around 9:30 pm i eat. I know it's not good, but what can I do.? I love eating fruits and vegetables, but night time eating is what's giving me a problem. Any helpful advice is appreciated. Thanks!Health Question & Answer

you should eat small meals constantly throughout the day, avoiding meals all together 3 hours before sleep. Take some snacks for work, such as fruit and veggies. You work in a food area, so eat something healthy before 8 o clock. or if you have to eat after 8, go for a walk or do some light cardio, after you eat.Health Question & Answer
As crazy as it sounds , it can be a good thing. But too much of a good thing can hurt you too. When you get ready to go home after work, get a snack some where and stop to eat . Then when you get home you shouldn't be as hungry. Failing that, try putting a big note on the fridge. that says if you open this door you will explode! I'm serious, it worked for me ,I was 245 lbs, and I lost 37 lbs. just by seeing that stupid note on the fridge. door.
