Guys so i jogged for 32 minutes then ate a hotdog and a poutine plus drank a bottle of sprite soda and i feel soo guilty. I wanna lose weight!!!Health Question & Answer

I know how that feels sometimes u just can't resist right.? However! just work it off! You gotta pay what you did. haha. But then again if this is the first time it happened for about a week, then I say don't worry about it bc people takes a day off of diet every week. It makes it easier to lose weight psychologically. Because you won't be craving for a whole month and then finally you've had it and stopped ur diet then it would be a waste of 1 month duration....that happened to me alot haha. Eating right after a workout is the BEST time to eat. After a workout your metabolism is still raging which means that your body is going to burn those calories like nothing. Best way to lose weight is eat the correct foods, eat like 6 times a day, and do exercise. Health Question & Answer
