What is the best way for me to loose about 5-10pds?!


Question: What is the best way for me to loose about 5-10pds.?
I am 24 years old and weigh about 130 pounds. I am about 5'2' and not in any means overweight. I have noticed that in my midsection I seem to have the pot belly look althoguh I am not fat anywhere throughout my body. I work a full tiem office job and eat regularly about 3 timesa day with a snack. Nothing out of the ordinary I love rice cakes for snacks! What would be the best way to loose a few pounds and loose my budda belly in the mid section...Health Question & Answer

if you have stairs on the way to the office take them. while sitting at your desk do some leg pull-up it is something you can do sitting and it tightens the tummy really good. park your car in the farthest parking spot and walk a few extra steps really do help. however some people just have a natural belly it is not a bad thing. sit ups and leg pull ups are your best bet.Health Question & Answer

I am the same as you with the weight and height!. It seems especially after I eat something because then my belly gets bloated! I had a baby and everyone says you start losing weight when they are a year. I have dropped about five waist sizes since then but still am chubby. I think if you exercise regularly you will start to notice results soon. I should exercise to. Sounds like you are eating healthy enough. I would add exercise to your routine as well.

do a little bit more cardio, run bike or swim or anything like that. also do crunches. those will help for sure. try cutting out white grains and bread. Health Question & Answer
