Question: Is there a way to make boobs smaller.?

Besides breast reduction (as in surgery, i mean). I was just wondering, I know there is an
exercise that can make 'em bigger but is there one to make them smaller.?

If you are overweight you might be able to go down a cup size.

If you are a healthy weight your only option is surgery covered by insurance.
