Is this somewhat a good way to start out my diet plan?!
Question: Is this somewhat a good way to start out my diet plan.?
Considering that i'm busy packed with school , and SATS and bowling pratice. I have no time whatsoever so i eat a lot, and i usually don't watch what i'm eating. Therefore i'm deciding to set up a diet plan for myself and just wondering if this works out.
Morning; Oatmeal or Cereal or Eggs. [ around 6am ]
During lunch at school; Ham sandwhich and a few grapes. [ around 11 am]
Then around 3pm when i come home i`ll have an apple, fruit, and veggies if i can.
From 5pm-6pm, i`ll walk for about 30 mintues then jog for 12 mins on the treadmil, after that i`ll do some stretching, and 20 sit ups and leg lifts, and jump rope&hula hoop for few mintues.
Then after for dinner maybe i`ll have veggies and fruits and of course drink water.
Do you think i`ll shed 20 pounds by doing that, and for how long would it take me until i see results.?
And will i be able to lose at least a pound a week.?
And i'm currently 120 pounds will i be able to lose 20 at the end of November.?Health Question & Answer

That meal plan sounds a little weak. You might not be able to stick with it because you are not eating much for dinner. Fruit.? Really.?
Why not try a little more balanced meal with small portions. Eat at like 6pm.Health Question & Answer

There is a potential of meeting that goal but tracking your intake and exercise will help your weight loss. I joined a site called sparkpeople.com and have lost 5 pounds in a week and a half.
The normal calculation for losing a pound is dependent on your BMR, calorie intake, and calories burned. Your BMR is what you would burn doing absolutely nothing..http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/exc...
Take that number and multiply by 7
Add your calories burned in a week
Take the total and subtract your weekly calorie intake
If the difference is greater than 3500, then you will lose a pound. 3500 calories equals 1 pound!
Good luck with your weight loss goals!Health Question & Answer
