Question: Tips to lose weight...?
Okay so i wouldn't say i'm fat, but i do carry a little too much weight for my frame, so i want to try to lose about 3kgs (6 pounds) I've started exercising and not eating too much, but i'm trying to find things that will make it a little easier like boosting metabolism a bit or anything else useful.

2. after eating don't sit
3. avoid eating/drinking cold foods/beverages- hot/warm foods/drinks increases gastric emptying(foods are metabolized faster)
