What can I do about my tummy?!

Question: What can I do about my tummy.?
I am 46, have worked out all my life have 3 kids. All of them were born with C-Section.
I work out at least 4-5 days a week, one hour of super fast tread milling with a 10 % inclination where I walk at least 4 miles each time and burn 350-400 calories.
I think I am pretty much in shape, have good legs and derriere...but the tummy it just won't go away. My skin is very good and flexible, I don't have stretch marks. But that tummy fat just won't disappear and I always feel a bit bloated. I must say I don't do a lot of abs...sometimes when I try to the abdominal muscles hurt, I guess because of the surgeries.
How can I regain that tummy muscle force.? The trainer in my gym is a jerk and treats me like the rest of the women who are 20 years younger.
HELP!!! thanks in advance for your advice.Health Question & Answer

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
I went to a gym for a year. I did crunches, and sit-ups, and became the champion of doing them - and no results. The trainer started talking about "doing them wrong" and telling me to lift legs under the angle of 56 and my head of 32. I became frustrated and started thinking that I was inept, when I discovered dumbells and fixed myself in one month. If you are not comfortable with the dumbbells, use a medicine ball of the same weight. But be careful about your spine, all the time, do not overdo it. And when you are finished, lay on your belly and stretch by lifting yourself with your hands, looking at the ceiling, your lower body laying on the floor.Health Question & Answer

My brother once told me that weight loss is 70% diet, 30% exercise.

You're exercising fine, but if I could suggest anything, it would be to focus more on those abs, muscle will then build and take place of that fat.

As for the stomach hurting, it could just be regular working out pain. If it isn't, you can always see a GP to see what they think.

Anyway, best of luck and hope things turn out well for you!Health Question & Answer
