Question: How many times a week to go to the gym.?
I am getting married next year and i am hoping to lose 2-3 stone for the big day. And with eating healthy things etc, how many times a week would i need to go to the gym and also how long would i have to be in there for to reach my goal. What would be best.?

yo just exercise when you find time. something like in the morning or after noon. i've seen people do this and they usually look great.or ride a bike. and drink plenty of water. it helps. mabe jog a little. and spinach. and eat proteins, that work pretty good. and dont stress if you come close to quiting.

YOu can stay in a gym 5 hrs a day and it won't mean anything. It's what you do while you are there that matters.
