Okay, I am not overweight or anything, i weight 98lbs. and I am 12 years old && 5'1. Okay, so i would like to keep being skinny. What are some good workouts i can do in my own room. .? (i cant go for a walk my mom is too strict and thinks im insane)Health Question & Answer

I know how some girls are obsessed with their stomachs being flat and everything, so here is one for that:

Lie flat on your back with your hands by your sides and your legs straight. Then, quite slowly, lift your legs up and down one by one about 12 inches from the floor, so it's like you're kicking the air very slowly. All the time keep the top half of your body as still as possible.

As for food, the best food you can possibly eat for your skin, hair, eyes, even brain is oily fish (cod, haddock, sardines etc). If you don't like the sound of that, get some Omega 3 capsules. After a few months, you'll start to get a bit of a shine about you!Health Question & Answer

In terms of food, still eat lots! Just so long as it's the good healthy stuff - you know, raw fruits and veggies, and all that jazz. You're still growing and don't want to hurt yourself! So, yeah, sit ups, crunches, push ups. Other things you can do is just stay active, ride your bike, jump rope, play kickball, all that sweet stuff.
