Okay, working out for over an hour without stopping is dangerous to anyone. 1 hour is the max. then wait at least like 5 hours or more. after 1 hour, your body actually starts burning muscle for fuel...not a good thing at all. also, you shouldnt only be working your upper body. you must do lower body exercises as well. i say switch it to 2 days upper body(monday, thursday) and 2 days lower body(wednesday, saturday) or whatever days you feel like. You should be getting a small meal about 30 minutes before workout. this meal should be about 300-400 calories. after a workout, be sure to get lots of protein and no low to no fat at all. you also want simple carbs after a workout like fruit or other sugary food to transport the protein into your muscles directly. in a day you should be eating like at least 2700 calories a day to see in gains.
