Be glad your underweight most people would love that!!!! If you musty gain weight then eat at least 4 /5 meals a day and loads of carby food like bread pasta rice. Protein is essential too. Good luck:)))))))Health Question & Answer

Depends if you want muscle or just extra weight. Reduce your calorie expenditure (take elevators, waste your life watching tv) and increase caloric intake. Instead of protein, buy a weight gainer formula and mix it with full fat milk, that should do the trick.Health Question & Answer

Protein (eggs, protein shakes etc), carbohydrates (pasta etc) then work out like mad.

Eat plenty of PLANT-based proteins like beans and nuts. And don't forget fruits and veggies. You should start lifting weights and riding your bike. You need to gain muscle not fat. Health Question & Answer
