Question: I did 40 to 110 minutes of cardio 5 days/wk for a month and my measurements were the same.?
How can this be when I also ate oatmeal with banana or raisins or wheat toast/scrambled eggs for breakfast, salad or wheat and turkey w/vegs or veggie burger/no bun for lunch and baked fish/salmon, brown rice and steamed broccoli for dinner and only drank water....what else can I do.? I lost about 10 pounds, but my chest, waist, legs, etc. are exactly the same as they were 30 days ago....Health Question & Answer


Answers:
You could be shedding muscle. Make sure you eat enough before the next exercise. Just keep doing what your doing, eventually you'll see those results. It can take longer for some people.Health Question & Answer
