Kiddo, your body is about to go through a lot of changes in a short period of time. So cut yourself a break and don't be so darn hard on yourself.

Eating right (meaning no junk/fried and fast foods) and getting outside to do things... or physical activities with your friends... swimming, skating, soccer, walks, etc will help you.

Dieting, starving yourself, detoxing, taking pills will NOT help you. It will only make you ill. Health Question & Answer

Dude, you are not really large! You are a growing kid. just drink lots of water and get out and have fun leave the PS2 or Xbox or what ever alone. I was a big kid growing up at 11 I was prolly about your hight but about 160, I was very active and played out side alot. If you keep active you will be OK. I wrestled in HS and was a Army Ranger. In HS I was 6ft 220lbs. Now I am 6'2" 250 lbs and I feel great have a great wife and 2 beautiful kids. eat six meals a day. small/healthy meals. look online for good types of foods to eat and a good eating plan or something. to work out do you do PE in school.? if you do, be sure to do your BEST. don't stop running because you're tired, stop because you physically can't run/job anymore. if you don't do PE go with like your mom or something to the gym and run on the treadmill and do sit-ups at least four times a week. if you can't go to the gym run on the street (if you're in a safe place for an 11 year old to run) if not, bring one of your parents to run with you. :)Health Question & Answer
